like IE that you download onto your computer for free.
Once you have done that, you can left click on an opened email, select save copy and it places a copy in your document folder or where ever you select to save it to. You can print from there.
I work in Escription and have had no problems in FireFox at all. If you work on Enterprise, that make cause issues.
