...you can read these experiences that others have had, going back at least 6 years, but especially since some of us were placed on a "grid system," which is longer ago than some others by virtue of their more recent acquisitions.
Reading back in time on this board as far as possible is an enlightening experience. We are not just using this board to bitch. We use this board to share our experiences with others so that every one of us knows what to be on the lookout for.
