I've used nothing but Stedmans for the past 30 years without any problems. You can get just the medical speller or the one that includes drugs. If you get the one without the drugs, I recommend going to rxlist.com and copying their 200 most common drugs, put them in Word and do a spell check to add them. Make sure the list either doesn't have generics or lists them with a lower case.
