but simply does not care. She is salary and that is his/her ultimate goal, to protect that unearned salary as long as possible. No disrespect meant, but are you new to this whole game? To think a "subtle" conversation with your TSM/manager is going to cause a lightbulb moment is very naive thinking. This field has rotted away to where it is now and it's not going to get better.
