Let me clarify: I'm not talking about complaints on this MT forum, but subtly mentioning it to the people I work for. There's a big difference between complaining on a forum versus complaining to your employer. When I subtly suggested being underpaid, you'd think the way the TSM reacted, like she didn't know or didn't think so. Just like when one of the TSMs (I won't mention the name, though perhaps some of you know who it is) sends IM message occasionally with a gratitude quotation, it's as if she's oblivious to us being underpaid.
