So I subtly mentioned to TSM that felt underpaid and the TSM acted as if pay wasn't much of an issue, as if it's normal to be paid about minimal wage. Also, when you mention how you're not even paid for extra work like filling in missing patient information and how that takes time away from what you're paid for--which is only lines in report--they don't acknowledge it but just say that (what you're not paid for) is part of your job. I'm wondering if anyone else has ever subtly complained about being underpaid.
