let us know what this really means. It sounds like maybe too many people are getting paid more than 7 or 8 cpl and now they want to raise the bar on those people making it harder to get the extra cpl??? Crazy. Keep us informed as to what the e-mail really means. I think I am hoping I don't get one but I have been meeting metrics almost every week, so now am dreading that I will.
