I don't know if you can transition from only radiology to pathology. The terminology is very "hospital," in the terminology, except that you won't have meds and labs. But there is some very weird terminology that doesn't come up in radiology.
Not undermining radiology---you sure have to know your internal anatomy, but pathology is totally different from that.
