One 0.25% "mistake" in Fiesa like doubling up a word, "to to" an obvious typo, on a short report can actually throw you completely off the pay grid! Especially if there are no other reports QA'd. This 1/4% "mistake" can give you a score of 95% or lower. Crazy, Crazy. But complain too much and they will come up with some newer, crazier idea for a pay grid.
