For those using Emdat's INSCRIBE... - Old Hippie

Regarding having to wait up to 15 minutes or more for each new transcription, i.e. instructions are to click toolbar and under "Transcription" clicking "New Transcription" and wait up to 15 minutes or more to start the job?? Is this real or did they mean to say "15 seconds". I'm not working free hours every day!
