I too felt a union would be great but many of us, me included, live in a right to work state and that wouldn't help us. So, I do what little I can. I send resumes and then turn down job offerings due to low pay. I reply to job ads that post low CPL and tell them how ridiculous they are. I have contacted the DOL regarding unpaid breaks and unfair wages. I am contacting my congressman's office and informing them of our plight and how offshoring is violating our privacy act. These are things I can do as I know how hard and most likely impossible it is to unite a group of people, especially as spread out as we all are in this field.
