Even a good MT course (which I doubt this one is) won't help you these days, sorry--MT field is in the tubes. You don't say what field you're going into, but I'm assuming MT. If you're talking about coding, maybe coders know the answer to your question.
You always need to research the field you're going into, not just what school you're going to attend.
