Independent Contractor Status- Medical Language Specialists & QA Team Leaders

All positions and shifts available Monday through Sunday- (Part-time, full-time or split shifts) to cover account Monday through Friday- until early morning hours.
MLS Experience- 20 plus years of medical language specialists.
QA Team Leaders- 25-30 years of QA experience & leadership.
Transcription knowledge style- verbatim- semi-verbatim-BOS or combo of all the above.
Experience in Spinal, Spinal surgeries & Endocrinology.
Work Types: ER notes, H&Ps, Consults, Discharges, and Letters, Clinic notes, ALF, SOAP format, Initial Evaluation, Death Summaries, Transfer Summaries, Operative Reports and other critical hospital reports. Must have experience in all the above, not just a few work types.
Payroll is bi-weekly- 16th through the EOM. Paydays are the 10th & 25th.
Payroll is electronic wired or can be sent using Money Gram.
1) Payroll bi-weekly
2) Knowledge of BOS
3) Quality performance of 98%+
4) Must be able to QA 300 lines per hour.
5) All American Company- privately owned
6) MLS rate if transcribing 6.5 cpl to 7 cpl. We welcome CMT, RHIA or RHIT credentials). These positions are for straight transcription work, not editing voice recognition.
7) MUST KNOW HOW TO QA & TRANSCRIBE ACCORDING TO THE QUEEN’S ENGLISH IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST. PLENTY OF WORK- All shifts.
8) Must adhere to the AHDI standards
Platform Knowledge: Please identify which platform you know in some years or if you are a quick learner of the platform and selecting correct patient demographics.

Must have a fantastic attitude and team player mentality to be a genuine leader.
Universal, USB or Infinity foot pedal
Quality headset-Organization skills a must.
Printer and fax a plus.
