Do you have subs or are you doing all the accounts yourself? If you turn down more offers than you accept, what is your method of advertising, or do you get jobs posted or through word of mouth? Are these clients you have had for years, or are they new. If new, I'm interested in how to get them as I have taken about a 75% drop in salary since having to work for the MTSOs at 8 CPL and NJA.
