Thank you for posting guideline #4:
"Please do not post job ads offering less than .05 cpl for actual transcription work performed or 0.3 cpl for editing, QA or VR work".
Anything less than .10 CPL is not a livable wage for a self-supporting MT. I know many are on disability or have other income so they take less than .10 CPL. I suggest these figures be changed to not permitting anything less than 8 CPL for transcription and 5 CPL for editing, since it takes more than half the time to edit as it does to transcribe.
It is a slap in the face to pay any less, while changing employee status to IC, and lowering our line rate every few months!
