Dragon with Inscribe - wondering

I am using Inscribe and would like to increase my productivity by using Dragon but it will not work. Nothing comes up in the text window for Dragon. Has anyone already found a solution to this? Would appreciate anyone's input as to how to make Dragon work with Inscribe. Thanks so much
