Why would it matter if your name were Haley instead of Mary, sorry but you are going to have to explain that one. You must be awfully desperate for work if you are willing to falsify your identity. You are telling people to lie on their job application. If you lie about your age, you will have to continue to lie on your employment records (W4, Homeland Security). The feds are not that dumb, you'll get caught. Falsifying information on an app is illegal, read the fine print the next time you apply for a job. If they check, you won't get hired. If they find out after you are hired, you will get fired. The OP is not on a no-hire list, the jobs have gone offshore and companies are not hiring because there is no work.
