did you not just quietly mark it for QA and move on and feel good about noticing the doctor misspoke.

EVERYONE of us should be catching slips like that. Lab numbers, vital signs, other things that don't match up in the report.

It is all part of taking ownership of the account.

If you dislike this, WHY are you still doing transcription?
