I agree with the lies, which is why I print out everything, take pics, AND record all conversations. Have caught mine in many myself. Another thing I have seen is the way they control our schedule, that THEY demand we keep, by removing WTs from our pools to make it look on our end like there is no work to control when and where we work. Have heard every excuse.
