Best thing to do would be to just run. VR is a joke, swapboard is a joke...basically all of it is just a joke. Find a transcription only job and RUN, not walk, away from this job!!! VR doesn't learn anything. I have never seen such crap in my life. I don't know where VR comes up with some of the stuff it types...there will be no talking in the background, but there's a bunch of things the dictator didn't even say and then it misses things that the dictator clearly said. Like another poster said, with so many people using VR, things are going to be done many different ways, so there's no learning.
