She literally cannot pronounce the words on the paper in front of her. This is not her medical opinion. She is just transferring ideas from one piece of paper to another; and not doing a very good job of it at that.
It is such a long rambling report, she has forgotten whether the patient is female or male. She is female and has just referred to her as a gentleman. Should I flag it for transgender?
