There is little point in expending time and money to learn acute care MT just to face miserable wages and working conditions while waiting for front-end SR and hospital EHRs to eliminate your job again.

Learning coding is a much better idea. I, too, recommend Andrews. Unlike most schools, it will give you the skills you need to get an acute care job and succeed in it. As you have now discovered, your school did not prepare you for acute care MT. Learn from that experience and do not make that mistake again. Not all coding programs teach the same thing.
