FutureNet has a lot of nerve posting an ad. They usually use the other board, but have not posted anything there in a couple of months. The dreaded NJA, otherwise known as No Jobs Available has been occurring very often in the last couple of months. This occurs for sometimes an hour or longer during one's appointed shift. Some days this could total more than two hours or more.
As a matter of fact, we had an e-mail from the head of workflow at the end of August stating that the workload was low, there may be more accounts coming on by the end of the year, did anyone want more work. So, has FutureNet bypassed their current workforce and are they planning to hire new people for the possible increase in accounts? If so, shame on them.
IMO, it appears that they lost a couple of accounts and some accounts have much lower volumes. Just a warning that you will probably need a second MTSO to make a living if you work for this company.
