if something goes wrong, water heater, air conditioning etc. you just call the management company and they come and fix it at no extra cost. They even take care of the lawn. MTSO is a hospital's management company. They provide the platform, IT services, dictation equipment, setup and even train the dictators for one low price (low compared to the overhead the hospital had before). It can be even lower if the hospital agrees to offshore. If an interface, or the auto download in a department isn't working, they call the MTSO who comes out to fix it, at no extra charge (per contract of course). It's unfortunate and I think they should be given a heavy tax for such a thing (especially the offshore part), as citizens without good paying jobs does not make a country's economy grow. Until we get some laws changed on how we are paid and make Washington see the light, it won't change.
