I started looking for a hospital job because no way would I ever work for an MTSO again. Eventually I stopped looking, because each time I talked or emailed with their recruiter, it was obvious from what they were telling me that the job was open to train their new point and click system than it was to actually transcribe. Having already been there, done that, and got the T-shirt, I didn't even bother to interview, because it was a waste of time and effort.
