Not Meeting Metrics - Scruanced2 Posted: Oct 8th, 2015 - 2:09 pm
As expected, I have a call scheduled with my TSM to go over not meeting my CLPH, my QC% is spot-on but..oh well. So, this happens every month because speech does not produce more lines, especially with the dictators on the accounts I work on...AND we all know that manually typing text in a speech/draft text document gets you only half of what you type but takes you "full-lines time." I'm out of things to say. I've been nothing but honest, explained that it's very difficult to get in a rhythm with crappy dictators (am I wrong?), if you can't get into a rhythm, you can't produce, right? I don't even worry about QA anymore, the corrections (if that's what you want to call them) are so inconsistent that I chalk them up to THEIR inexperience and Napolean complex. I use the "can't get into a rhythm" on every call because I believe in that and have shown it when I have decent dictators and do not have to edit as much in speech, but if someone out there has anything else to add, I would really appreciate it.
