If I were a new hire and the PODs did not scare me off right away, once I got into the millions of policies, PTO, PTO unscheduled, Excused Absence, Excused Absence No pay, Excused Absence no Work ...., notice given for PTO, and whatever else, out of work policy, downtime policy, Remedy policy, make up time policy, QA policies, benefit rate policy every 6 months, Teamwork, Ultipro, Client Specs that look like novels, and, 99.6% accuracy rate, Performance Management, three managers per accounts, and who does what, and, up until now, 6 videos to watch on the Swap Board, and anything else I may have forgotten, I would send a 2-word e-mail: I'm gone. I would turn the computer off, disconnect the phone, and move on.
Seriously....have you ever in your life been at ANY company and had things made so complicated? I have been here quite a while and it is getting to be too much for me. How in the world is someone going to feel who probably came from a company where you clocked in, did your required lines, met your accuracy, and clocked out....done.
