Is anyone having as much trouble as I am since the merger or whatever it was with Scribe? I feel completely lost and have been put on a new account with many different physicians with absolutely no instruction or info on any of them. Have sent several emails trying to just get basic information so I can get started on this new account but have heard pretty much nothing back. There is a board we are supposed to use instead of emails but I am pretty much lost as to how to use that too. I'm thinking it is just me at this point. Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem with them.
