Like posters below, I looked into when they are offering OT hours. Basically they are only from 5 pm until 8:30 pm for my POD. I already work 12 noon to 8 pm most days, so the most I could do IF I chose to would be 1/2 hour. There are not even any hours allocated to later than that. So, after we all refuse to do this, there will be a massive schedule reorganization and their excuse will be that noone volunteered for OT. They better not even call for mandatory OT ever again, it would not even be feasible to get 400 MTs a slot in this time period as there are only so many "open" shifts anyway. There is definitely something else in the works here my friends, just wait.
