ADT Aggravation - Sugarbear Posted: Oct 7th, 2015 - 12:11 am
Is it me, computer, or program? When I download a document, on 60%+ of them, I have to do a search for the patient and information top pull into ADT. It is so aggravating and a time waster. Support has reloaded Fluency for me and it worked for a day. If they do anything, it works for that shift and goes right back to having to look up. Is anyone else having this problem?
