Hi,
I've got a German accented group and they are speaking about German drug regulation, not sure if it's government or institutional, but they keep using what sounds like an acronym. It pronounced like Gi-Bi-Ot, but it could be the letter GBR, although every search I've done has come up with nothing. Any help will be very welcome.
