I mean, it's always nice to know that the person who is managing you has absolutely no idea what it is like to do your job. Who needs understanding and empathy when all you need is someone who can herd the sheep. I sure hope that the whole month she has been with MModal she has been transcribing so she knows how difficult it is to deal with childish doctors, horrendous audio, and how much knowledge you need just to make sure the doctors knows what they are talking about.
