access your computer when you give them remote access through the LanDesk application for remote acess. If anyone has evidence to the contrary, I would like to hear about it. Usually it is Support who does this, but once they log off, there is no access whether you are on a personal PC or one provided by MM. They can monitor everything you are doing on Fluency and Teamwork and they do, running extensive reports on LPH, inactive time, whether your Teamwork and Fluency log-in times match up, whether you are working your shifts or late, etc. But if you have 15 minutes of inactive time, they can't know if you are in the bathroom or typing in MTStars or sending an email to your best friend. All they can see is that you are not active for 15 minutes.
