I've worked there for over a year and have had no conversation with a single person, or have found in my contract, that training could take up to 40 hours. And honestly, I can't see how it ultimately would.
I'm sorry if you feel you've been wronged, and for all I know, perhaps you have. But, your very public temper tantrum says to me that perhaps there's more to the story.
