what is probably a typo (which the to/too and even the occasional there/their discrepancy might be at times) and what is clearly evidence of habitual grammar errors and ignorance of basic English grammar. No one uses "has went" by mistake. When something like that appears, it is because the speaker/poster says that all the time and thinks it is right. Pointing out that it is not correct is a kindness, not bullying.
