If you're not happy with the pay scale, you shouldn't accept the position. All MTs should submit quality, error-free reports to employers regardless of pay scale. Reports submitted are a mirror reflexion of the individual transcribing. All too often, we forget how important this is, which is why so much of our work it outsourced. It takes very little time to give documents the "once over" to look for careless typos. If you're saying you're not being paid what your worth, then maybe your work is not up to par. Quality is key.
