I hate having to file a Remedy ticket. - avoid it if at all possible

I hate it because they always call despite how much information I give them. MM computer monitor dying, and I am not spending any money for this company. I describe the problem and provide the shipping address on the ticket. What do they call. They ask what is the problem, what is your shipping address? I just want to scream "All the information is on the ticket!" I only bothered sending in a ticket because I had too.

Hopefully the monitor won't go totally dead before I finish my shift today. It is really limping and acting like I am going to lose the picture any minute. I can't afford to lose the money. PT does not have PTO.
