For all good little minions to stop doing OT to clear the backlog. They yell when you sign on early and end your shift early because your off schedule. I would rather have people sign on early and clear late work than have it sit there while they wait for the exact second to sign onto the scheduled shift, but that's just me, makes too much sense.
