We lose time waiting for uploading and downloading, sometimes it takes quite a few seconds times how many reports we do a day, adds up to quite a few minutes of just sitting here. They should at least give us 15 minutes a day paid time for waiting for the next report or when the dr gets on the line and is not ready to dictate, has to look up the name, etc. If we could just transcribe/edit with nothing else, we would make lots of lines and money. We should get paid by the hour plus incentive when we go over a certain amount of lines per day.
