I'm not paid on production, but am required to audit a certain number of reports per day, to equal 40. The problem is, some reports are way beyond that usual line count that would allow us to meet our "goal" (insert "Do 40 reports a day, or about 1200 lines of auditing a day, or you'll be fired). It's a terrible position. I am already dreading Sunday because it's the day beore Monday. My talents are way better than grading "papers" every day. I excel when I work with people. Right now, I am on an island that is slowly sinking.
