Nuance - anon

What is the criteria for Nuance to fire you? I seem to have 2 to 3 errors a week and most of the time it is due to just not hearing dictator clear not because I don't know what I am doing so therefore my QA%/Quality is down otherwise everything else seems to be okay. Want to feel better but dont know how.
