How do you stay awake in class while your teacher reads the book word for word - Rhetorical Question

Answer:  There is no way to keep from being bored out of your skull when your teacher reads the whole book word for word.  Then it gets worse. Someone asks a question and you nod off, only to wake up when you here the droning voice again reading.
