Medical Coding Course-Online - Bren

Hi,  I have been researching online schools but still unsure.  

I'm looking at Andrews School and CareerStep.  I am new to this field.  

Also, What is the course difference for a CCA or CPC?  Which is more valuable?  

I thought I would have to start a course for CPC.  I see that Andrews mentions the CPC and CCS.  Although through my searching I see that you need to have 2 years experience to sit for the CCS.  Like I said before I am new to this field and would like to eagerly start soon.  Anyone....
