Health Professions Institute, the SUM program (HPISUM, sells individual modules. They have Acute Care Dictation 2, "Operative Reports" which has 3 hours of OP dictation, plus much more in helpful information. So it cost $99, but you could make that back in no time after you know what you're doing. If you're an IC, it's a tax deduction. Like the previous poster said, I had only done clinic type work when I went to work for an on-line MTSO in the mid 90s, so I learned as I went (but I had a very good basic MT education and 15+ years experience under my belt). It wasn't easy, but I learned to do OPs.
