What amazes me is that over the past few years, we have gone from being dinged for such little things as putting a colon after a heading - fast forward a few years and it is no longer in the account specifics to remove the colon on headings for PE and ROS. Did the client ever really care about this or was it something that Nuance used to lower our pay? If the client had been asked years ago how important it was - would they have said pffftt - don't worry about it....how much did we lose in compensation for just that one thing?
