So I had my first call back and test, was super excited because I have a brand new foot pedal and my headset. It said dowload express scribe. I d/l it, it's recognizing the foot pedal because it says so, my computer has it as hardware and saying it is working properly but I can't use it because when I step on it nothing happens. I had to take the test the hard way going back and forth and it took me like 2.5 hours when it really shouldn't have even taken one. It was so easy but not having the luxury of the foot pedal really screwed me. Now I'm wondering if I wasted money on this, it's an Infinity in-usb-2 and express scribe even says it is one of the pedals that are compatible. So frustrated!!
