and promote according to MT experience, and I'd require that the supers, auditors, quality coaches, etc., all type a certain number of reports per day/week, and I would require them to type every time there's OT too, so they don't lose touch with what the job is like. How can you supervise when you don't know what the job is like? Actually, I'd just get rid of most of the auditors, coaches, schedulers, and supervisors. Too many chiefs.
