I would agree with you if we were comparing oranges to oranges. While companies have their scheduled employees and they just need that extra "bump" to get them through, why not hire somebody who just wants to jump on when they can and an IC? They can always send an email that they are low on work and I understand employees come first. Or they could lock a person out of the system they are working in. Just frustrating. Thanks again!
