the wrong worktype equals a 1 point error = 99% = failure. Stop the insanity! I don't understand these gleeful "gotcha!" audits. And the daily scoldings - Oh, our pod scored 99.57% for the day. We MUST DO BETTER! Why not try supporting your employees instead of raking them over the coals daily!??!!
