Nuance employees response - all smiles

Read the company board. Get a clue. Then get out of the MT profession.

There are easier, better, minimum wage jobs.

Unless you like food stamps, welfare, and destroyed self-esteem.

Note that people with 30 plus years of experience are paid the same as a recent graduate. Note that they get the same quality scores as a recent graduate.

Say something about their impression of their employees?

Generally it appears that they think any trained monkey can do this job.

Every communication you get will be negative. Every mistake you make will be brought to your attention, not once, not twice, but perhaps 3 times over a 1-month period. They will get you so confused over the same one mistake that you will end up thinking you didn't do anything at all right.

When you try to follow the account specifics, they will send out memos, or tell you something verbally that you are supposed to follow and ignore the account specifics, which, according to the guidelines are the first and only thing that should be followed unless you follow their guidelines and if not mentioned there, then go look at BOS III, which at lot of their guidelines completely ignore.

So, if you want minimum wage, no self-esteem, no work, and incessant confusion, come aboard. Otherwise, like I said, get a clue.
